Cranberry Lemon French Toast
This version of a classic is SO much better than the regular old stuff. Who needs maple syrup and plain white bread when you can have homemade cranberry sauce, lemon zest, AND use up day-old french bread? I mean, I know I’d rather have this than the old recipe!

Recipe Notes

This super simple recipe’s highlights are the lemon zest, which makes everything more special, as well as the tangy cranberry sauce.  And this ain’t your grandmother’s canned sauce, kids.  This is the good stuff, and easier to make than this french toast recipe.  I make it every year at the holidays, but sometimes I get a hankerin’ for it other times of year, too.  So, I keep a jar of it in my fridge.  It’s good on sweet and savory dishes, or just over vanilla bean ice creamGet the recipe here so that you don’t miss out!
