Recipe Notes

This Summer Tomato Flatbread is so ridiculously easy to make that I’m certain I’ll be changing it up throughout the Summer months as other vegetables begin to overflow local gardens and farmer’s markets.  How about a fresh zucchini flatbread?  Or a garlic scape bread? What would you put on this easy, pre-made dough?
