Recipe Notes

Don’t have time to marinate the meat or wait to braise the ingredients?  Turn to your trusty crock pot and let it do the work for you.  Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot in the morning, and cook on low for 8 hours.  Or if you are don’t get it in there in the morning, cook on high for 4 hours instead.

Either way, you’ll have a meal ready when you need it, and a dish that you can feel good about feeding your family any day of the week.
