Easy Peasy Pigs in a Pillow
God bless crescent roll dough! The things you can do with this freezer staple are endless. And in this case, so darned tasty that your hungry brood will eat them up in no time flat! Be sure to make extras and keep them in the freezer–they make a great & quick mid-week breakfast for those busy mornings.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Separate the pre-cut crescent roll dough pieces and place on baking sheet.
  2. Place 2 mini-sausages at the top (wider end) of one piece of crescent roll dough. Roll the dough around the edges of the sausage.
  3. Roll the crescent roll dough as instructed on the package.
  4. Brush the top of each roll with melted butter (everything’s better with butter!).
  5. Top each crescent roll with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes, or until the crescent rolls begin to brown.
  7. Remove from oven and serve to your hungry crowd!

4 ingredients.  I mean, only 4 INGREDIENTS!  How much easier can quick weekday breakfasts be? And making them ahead and sticking them in the freezer means you can pull them out as needed.  A hot and fast breakfast for those who are running out the door is only 10 minutes away!
